Principal @ PhysicianEstate
PhysicianEstate is my brain child and passion project. I run this platform to empower entrepreneurially motivated physicians to make financially educated investment decisions and discuss asset protection strategies. Lots of important but free content!
After graduating from University of Illinois, I currently work as an internal medicine hospitalist in Kansas. When I am not doctoring, you would probably find me hunting for a value add real estate investment property, evaluating a pitch deck or proforma of a seed stage company, running financial profit loss sheets, and networking with experts in the real estate, finance, and healthcare law.
If you would like to partner up on my next investment project, get in touch with us!

What a Physician Investor Must Know
How can physician investors shelter their W-2 income?

Statistics show that approximately 8% of physicians are using this strategy to cut their taxable income. As physician investors, you are not required to have a license to qualify as a real estate professional. Access the blog post here.
How can physician investors invest in private equity and real estate syndications?
As physician investors, learning about the process on how to invest in a real estate syndication deal is essential. However, don’t be intimidated by the whole real estate process–– as long as you have a real estate sponsor, he got you covered. A lot of physician investors get into syndication investments for it entails earning semi-passive income aside from their 9-5 jobs. Access the blog post here.
Pros and cons of syndication investments for physician investors
Just like everything else in life, syndication investing also has two sides of the coin. Physician investors must stand on either sides to know about its pros and cons and strategize from there. Access the blog post here.
Is every physician investor an accredited investor?
Knowing whether you meet the qualifications of an accredited investor is one of the first steps you should look into as physician investors. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has a list of requirements that every physician investor must qualify for. Access the blog post here.
How can physician investors achieve financial freedom?
You’ve heard it before and we’ll say it again: having multiple streams of passive income is key in achieving financial freedom. As physician investors, you must already know that ordinary income from your 9-5 isn’t the answer to financial freedom, but passive income. Access the blog post here.
Physician investors can benefit from Real Estate Professional Status - this is how you do it!
Every physician investor on a W-2 must know about this tax-saving strategy. As physician investors, it’s time to learn how you can qualify for it, its advantages and limitations. I mean after all, who doesn’t want to have tax savings? Access the blog post here.
